We peel off your fear or pain until we reach the negative experience that caused this. Together we resolve the emotion of that experience. Going to a better quality of life, to the Happy Side of Life.

The half hour intake and meeting Sandra is free of charge. You will be asked to fill in an intake form in advance.

An private session with Sandra last one hour and in the very first session you learn how to tap yourself. After each session you will probable have some homework to do. This way you learn how to use tapping on a daily basis. Like brushing your teeth.

From complaint to empowerment

In a safe setting I teach you how to apply methods step by step, so that you can use them yourself – at any time your body gives signals.
Starting with 3 weekly sessions.
Including intake, workbook and interim contact.

In-depth or Aftercare

When you want to continue after the first three (3) sessions. Or when you want to continue sparring and working on yourself eg. every 3 or 4 weeks.
You want to let go more of the negative emotions and blocks and to be more involved in life.
